Our vanilla beans are native to Ceylon (Sri Lanka).
They are bred to be as flavorful as possible. When curing the pods, the focus is on obtaining the highest possible vanillin percentage.
The vanilla is grown according to bourbon principles, just like the well-known flavor from Madagascar.
All our vanilla pods are at least 17 centimeters long, one kilogram contains between 250 and 270 pods.
